[The subject of today's video is Dio's Zubat which flutters in and out of the view of the camera. He's still not used to actually filming anything, so keeping it on screen is hardly his main concern at the moment.
As for where he is, he's not stupid. He read the evil villain handbook and figured it's not a good idea to show off anything pertaining to that (not that he minds showing off), so once the day's training was done (as if they could teach him anything), he decided the grass just outside town would be the best place to learn how to use this weird thing.]
Tell me, what exactly am I meant to do with such a creature? Where I come from, these things are usually seen as pests, if not worse, but if this handbook is to believed, I'm actually supposed to care for the thing.
[He'll omit sharing with the viewer which handbook he's read.]
I don't doubt that's the case, but still, being newly arrived to this world, I would like some reassurance. After all, if I'm meant to travel the land, collecting badges with such a baffling creature, it would comfort me to know someone else has done the same.
[And perhaps they'll tell him of their Pokemon and their accomplishments as well. After all, he's one of their own. A trainer. Why wouldn't they share with him?]
Oh, and please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dio Brando. I look forward to meeting your acquaintance.
[...and using these fools to climb higher and higher in this ridiculous Pokemon world.]

[Humor him. His handbook was basically like commit all sorts of crimes with Pokemon, and somehow he doesn't think that's what she's talking about.]

I don't understand, it can hardly be used as a board. And the pieces...
[And that's just chess. He can't even begin to mention boxing with this, but...then again he can see himself hitting someone in the face with it just fine.]

...look, she's dying for more gaming partners. She'll do whatever she can to get more. People don't tend to want to play with her after a certain time period, unless they're okay with losing a lot. ]

Date: 2015-10-07 03:37 am (UTC)From:Very well, after all, it would be rude of me to decline, but please, give me some time to learn how to play a game on a device such as this. After all, I'd like to play at my best, and I, Dio, would hardly make for memorable competition if I'm still learning the ropes.
[It's killing him to make excuses like that, but he knows he'd screw up at this point, and Dio Brando is not a screw up.]

Very well then. Expect a challenge at some point in the near future. I, Dio, promise to not disappoint.
[Maybe he should cut back on the pronoun comma Dio thing, but nah.]
